Pre-Order FAQs
Q: When does the preorder start and end?
A: Preorders run from August 25 – September 12. After that, the store will close until all orders are produced and shipped.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders begin shipping the week of October 6, once printing and quality checks are complete.
Q: Why does it take so long?
A: Every item is made to order — nothing is mass-produced or sitting in storage. Printing + quality checks usually take about 2 weeks after preorders close.
Q: Do I have to pay upfront?
A: Yes. Preorders are paid in advance to guarantee your spot and cover production costs.
Q: Can I cancel or change my preorder?
A: Unfortunately, all preorders are final sale. Once you order, it’s locked in.
Q: What if I ordered the Essential Pack but want a different hoodie or tee color?
A: No problem. Just write your preferred hoodie & tee colors in the Order Notes at checkout. Key tag & stickers are fixed.
Q: What happens if my size/color sells out?
A: Preorders guarantee you get your size/color since we only produce what’s ordered.
Q: Can I order regular (non-preorder) items at the same time?
A: Yes, but everything in your order will ship together once preorder items are ready.
Q: Will I get tracking info?
A: Yes, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or the wrong size?

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Standard shipping applies at checkout. We offer free shipping for promotions or special codes when available.
Sizing FAQ
Q: How do the hoodies fit?
A: Hoodies are true to size, but we recommend going one size up if you want extra room or to account for natural shrinkage after washing.
Q: How do the tees fit?
A: Tees are true to size — order your regular size for the best fit.
Q: Do you offer exchanges if the size doesn’t fit?
A: Since preorders are custom made, we can’t do size exchanges after production. Please double-check the sizing before placing your order.
